These curated, in-person experiences offer a unique look at how the tournament is produced and delivered to audiences around the globe. Led by members of the broadcast operations team, each tour provides exclusive insights into the scale and complexity of live sports broadcasting.

Operational guidelines

Tour Details

• Duration: approximately 45 minutes
• Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance
• Maximum of 15 guests per group
• Tours are subject to availability and operational approval

Access & Security

• All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon arrival
• Guests must check in at reception and receive a visitor credential
• Credentials must be worn visibly at all times
• Guests must remain with their assigned tour guide or security escort at all times

Visitor Guidelines

• All guests must be 18 years or older, unless prior approval is granted and accompanied by a legal guardian
• Large bags, backpacks, and briefcases are not permitted
• Photography and video recording are only allowed in designated areas and with prior approval

Prohibited Activities

For safety and operational reasons, the following are not permitted:

• Touching or handling equipment without permission
• Entering restricted, technical, or construction areas
• Consuming food, alcohol, or tobacco products during the tour
